I have >25 years experience in high technology development in aerospace, health, telecoms and IT, as a project and programme manager, consultant and trainer. I enjoy helping multi-disciplinary, international teams work better together, and efficiently deliver high quality projects on time and to budget. I am also keen to develop the use of eaDocX with Enterprise Architect, integrating the creation of structured analysis & design with the standard Project Management deliverables, sharing existing EA data with new audiences and releasing project teams to do what they do best.
