How do I become a member?

To become a member, simply complete and submit the registration form with your username and account details.
A password will be automatically sent to your email address when you submit the form.

How do I contact the community site?

Use the Submit Feedback form to contact the site administrators.

How much does it cost to be a member?

Membership is free of charge.

What content is available on the site?

The Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect Community Site provides access to tutorials, white papers, community resources, case studies and the latest Enterprise Architect News from around the world.

Why am I unable to view all of the files listed on the Community Site?

While anonymous visitors are free to view HTML and PDF articles, other content including ZIP, EAP and Flash video files are only available to members who are logged on. 

How do I comment on a resource that has been published on the Community Site?

Registered members can comment on any published resource that has comments enabled. You need to be logged on and viewing the relevant resource that you wish to comment on. Enter your subject, comment and notification settings to proceed.

Why didn't my comment appear immediately after I posted it?

Authors are able to approve comments before publication to prevent spam and to preserve the integrity of on-line discussions.

What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password by using the Request new password form.

How do I contribute resources and articles?

To contribute community resources you need to be signed up as an Author and logged in.

Select the relevant resource type for your article/resource from the navigation in the left column under "Submit content". Available resource types are Case Study, News, Tutorial, White Paper and Community Resources.

Complete and submit the form, remember to agree to the Terms and Conditions and to mark your article as "Ready for Review".

Sparx Systems will review your article submission and respond accordingly.

How do I become an Author?

Registered members are invited to contribute articles and resources by becoming an author. To become an author simply complete and submit the Author approval form.

How do I update my profile?

1) Click the 'My Profile' link at the top of the page.

2) Select the 'Edit Tab' to update your profile.

3) Edit the 'Account' section to modify your password, email address or picture.

4) Edit the 'Details' section to update your personal details, biography or website URL.

5) Press Save to complete and publish your changes.

How do I include a thumbnail image with my resource?

To create a thumbnail, simply upload an image without inserting that image into the body of your document.  The thumbnail image will appear beside your resource in all category listings.
