The Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect Community Site provides support for the following 'Embedded Video' file formats:
- FLV (Flash Video)
- F4V (Flash MP4 Video)
- SWF (Shockwave Flash)
Embedded video support is available for Tutorials and Case Studies. As this is a Community Site, any video submissions will become freely available to the public.
General Guidelines:
- The maximum size of any video can not exceed 50 MB.
- The resolution of any video must not exceed a total width of 740 pixels.
- The video must be related to Enterprise Architect.
- Video content must not contain unauthorized, confidential, copyrighted material or footage of an illegal act.
- Explicit language will not be accepted for publication.

Video content comes in a variety of file formats, only some of which are suitable for viewing online. For an optimal viewing experience, please use the suggested settings described below:

Frame Rate: 24fps
Bit rate: 320 bps
Size: Must Not exceed 740 pixels wide
Standard Size: 720 by 576
Audio
Codec: Mp3
Channels: Stereo
Sample size: 16Bit
Sample rate: 11kHz
Bit rate: 48Kbs
Video Conversion
- If you have an existing video in a different format, download a video conversion tool to convert your video into the suggested format. (For example: ffmpeg)
- Alternatively, you may use a free web based video conversion service.
