Sparx Systems congratulates Antonio Villegas, PhD and Antoni Olivé, Professor from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya BarcelonaTech (UPC BarcelonaTech), who this week were acknowledged as winners of the inaugural HL7 2012-2013 Tooling Challenge, at the 27th Annual Plenary and Working Group meeting in Cambridge MA.  This is the first in a planned series of challenges sponsored by Sparx Systems.
