Introduction

The Terms and Conditions spelled out in this Agreement are stipulated between You and Sparx Systems Pty Ltd. (“Sparx”). You are hereby agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, within the State of Victoria. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals within the State of Victoria.

Sparx makes the information available on the Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect Community Site (“Site”) subject to the following Terms.
