Capability-based Planning using Enterprise Architect

This morning I saw a survey from a worldwide modeling tool vendor which inquired about the perception that people have of Capability-based Planning, capabilities, capability maps, processes vs capability maps, etc...

Capabilities are becoming the hot topics of the industry. They can be used to do:

  • Planning
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Process design
  • Benchmarking
  • Activity Base Accounting (ABC)
  • Software evaluations
  • etc...

Insurance Frameworks are making available to all insurance/wealth management clients, Sparx resellers and Sparx VARs an extensive Capability Map for the insurance and wealth management industry. It can even be applicable to the banking industry. Contrary to other modelling tool vendors, Sparx Systems is prepared to answer the needs of the industry where others are not. In fact, Sparx Systems is the only modelling widely offered platform in the world that has an already available enterprise business framework for insurance and wealth management. This framework is already available in Enterprise Architect (full ArchiMate notation). Here is an opportunity to grasp. It can generate increased sales and consulting for Sparx and its network for resellers and VARs.

If you want to know more, you can go to www.InsuranceFrameworks.com and download a sample PDF of the Capability Map. You can also contact Pierre Gagne directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
