The recent Gartner IT Expo and Symposium on the Gold Coast focussed on the Nexus of Forces, the convergence and mutual reinforcement of social, mobility, cloud and information patterns that are the basis of the technology platform of the future and which will drive the creation of new and innovative business models. During the keynote it was noted that in response to these forces, enterprise architects will need to use enterprise architecture to help drive growth and innovation, while identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost cutting in a period of budgetary constraint.

Sparx Systems will attend the Gartner IT Expo and Symposium in Barcelona from 10th to 14th November 2013. Our attendance follows our fourth successive inclusion in the Enterprise Architecture Magic Quadrant. We look forward to sharing case studies with stakeholders on the use of Enterprise Architect to address emerging data management challenges and to profiling the changing needs of industries, specifically in terms of their requirements with respect to standards, frameworks and tools.
